Announcing the first 3 Inch Canvas Exhibition
This is an exciting day over here at the 3 Inch Canvas. After many months of work, we are finally ready to announce our first ever exhibition of art on mobiles!
And what an event it is turning out to be. But to be quite honest, the exhibition still needs help, lots of it! We need the artwork!
So that is why we also issue a Call for participation to all visual artists. Join in and make this not only the first but the best exhibition of art on mobiles! So what is the event all about? Let me explain. The concept of the exhibition is new and unique. The art is actually exhibited on mobile devices that will be accessible to users in the exhibition.
The intent here is two-fold. First of all, we want to show the audiences that art can and should be on mobiles. Secondly, we want artist to share between them great ideas on how to connect with art lovers and art audiences with the help of a mobile. By creating both demand and supply, we hope to build a great stimulus package for art on mobiles!
But then why not just download on the net? Because that is not an event, people still want to go to exhibitions, take along their friends and have a good time when enjoying art. And we could not agree more!
